The Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Tribunal's decisions from January 2005 are available on www.austlii.edu.au/au/cases/tas/supreme_ct (WRCT cases are included in the Supreme Court listings). Older decisions will be progressively added.

Only disputes that have a hearing are given a written decision. At the completion of the hearing a copy is sent to the parties by post.
The Tribunal does not show workers' names in its decisions due to the privacy requirements of the Workers Rehabilitation & Compensation Act 1988.
Each decision is referred to by its citation number - eg [2004] TASWRCT 20, or by its file number - eg 180/2004
The Tribunal will provide a transcript or audio tape of a hearing upon the written request from a party involved in a dispute.
