Important information about the Tribunal's written decisions
Written decisions will only be given in respect of disputes that have a Hearing. At the completion of a Hearing a copy of the decision is sent to the parties by post.
Each decision is referred to by it's citation number eg [2004] TASWRCT 20 or by it's file number eg 100/2004.
The Tribunal does not publish workers' names in its decisions due to the privacy requirements of the Workers Rehabilitation & Compensation Act 1988.Transcripts and recordings of hearings
The Tribunal will provide a transcript or audio recording of a hearing upon receipt of a written request from a party to a dispute.
